Anubis is a petite dobie marked (black with tan markings) AKC Shih Tzu. He is an absolutely beautiful boy. He is slightly under size for the AKC Breed Standard of 9-16 lbs, but otherwise has lovely breed features. He has short legs and a short, compact body. He has a lovely, thick, silky coat.

His personality is as dainty as his size. He’s a delicate, soft mannered, momma’s boy, with a delicate touch. He’s very affectionate and always wants to be help and coddled.

Although, when it’s time to visit the girls… he is ALL IN. He loves his girls. He jumps and cries when he knows it’s time and prances all the way across the house. He definitely loves being a lover boy. He treats his girls sweetly and gently, giving them lots of kisses and loving nuzzles. He is very affectionate, loving, and gentle by nature, in all his interactions and relationships.

He is shy and quiet with new people, but absolutely devoted to his family. We see him as a happy, hoppy boy, because he’s usually hopping on his back feet trying to get Allysa’s attention! He is just a doll baby. He will do anything to please his mommas.

Anubis’ theme song (Just Ken) couldn’t be more fitting. I mean, like, he’s not REAL bright, he just loves with his whole heart and just wants love in return! Not a big intellectual. He doesn’t do a lot of thinking, he never gets into mischeif, he doesnt worry about or bother anyone. He’s… just Anubis! Mommma’s baby boy!
